You can design through email or you can request a call/zoom (through email) with Cyn to better create your perfect hat!!

How do I pay for my hat?

Simply pay a deposit to get your creation started & pay the balance upon shipping.

There is a 1 week fulfillment time for all custom designed hats.

There are no refunds/credits at HOC.
